- Amount of things to do on site, from swimming indoors or the outdoor pools, to playing squash or tennis, to having fun in the games room to jumpingon the trampoline, playing a game of Volleyball in the designated Volleyball area to relaxing on the green grass or sunbeds on the other side by the outdoor pools area, the children's playground to the adults gym, the restaurant and bar and the comfort of our room and having sky sports available and so much more. - Friendliness of staff, from reception to house keeping and other areas within our accommodation. - Being able to access the indoor activities like the pool & spa, games room and reception via the main hallway/passageway without going outside - Having double access to our room, inside via the hallway/passageway and outside via the parking lot. - Small private outside area with our room. - 2 minute walk to the local mini supermarket and a short 5 minute drive to the local city.

Arriving admist torrential rain and hour and half after we were due, the team were lovely and welcoming. The sorted us with check-in and were even kind enough to provide a voucher towards dinner at the Grill. The room itself was only a minute away from reception and there was a carpark right outside the room. The beds were delightful and I want one 🤣 Kids adored the indoor pool, Saturday they spent hours there!

Loved the facilities available and the location worked really well for my son and I. The receptionist we dealt with throughout our whole stay was the same person and she dealt with all my queries really well!

We loved everything about this property. We knew we would be arriving until 8pm so I rang to let them know and also asked if dinner would still be available. The lovely receptionist said she would go down and turn on the heat pump to warm the room and dinner would still be available. The room was a huge room with a modern bathroom, bath and separate shower. A really comfortable big bed with parking outside your room, easy to unload your suitcases. Dinner at night was excellent as was the help yourself breakfast the next morning. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly.

Rooms we well set up everything we needed and clean. Having an indoor pool and spa. The resurant food was great and the The Grill staff were fantastic loved the settling and the outdoor fire place. There was also a great little bar to watch the sport. .

I thought from some reviews it was abit rundown but that was not the case for us. We got the more expensive room but I thought it was cheap for what we got. The bed was comfy as and the underfloor heating in bathroom was great.

The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Only criticism was the bathroom had mould around the shower door which didn't look very good, and there was some sort of leak in the bathroom floor between the vanity and the toilet. Would have said something when we left but there was no-one on reception when we left. It didn't cause any real issue, and just wanted to mention it. We had a full breakfast one morning which was good, but when we came down some of the food wasn't very hot. Was very nice however.

We stayed with our Grandchildren and the facilities were great for them. Having a room that opened to a grass area was good for kicking a ball. We made the most of Queen Elizabeth Park. The kids loved the games room but you need coins. A fantastic breakfaast was enjoyed but the kids menu at night was limited. We had takeout delivered which wasn’t a problem.

The room was what we expected with the bedroom TV and a chair and table with a shower room/toilet. The Tv included sky sports which was great. It contained everything we needed for the stay of two days - being winter we did not sit outside. We were able to park our car right outside our room. We did not use the pool, but it looked lovely. We had dinner in the restaurant and a bar meal in the bar while watching the rugby. Breakfast was available but we drove to town for a late breakfast. We left at 6:00 am in the morning on our second day so we had breakfast on our way home. We have stayed here before and will again.
